HBBC Week 4 Recap

Another week, another effort. Here goes the summary:

  • Sunday: 4 mile jog (4 points)
  • Monday: 6 miles on the bike, 20 minutes weight lifting (3 points)
  • Tuesday: 3 mile jog (3 points)
  • Wednesday: 5 mile jog (5 points)
  • Friday: 4 mile jog (4 points)

Total points: 19

You’ll notice some trends compared to week 1 through 3 here, no veggies and way slacking on the weight lifting! Still another week is another opportunity to try again and try to do better. Am feeling a cold coming on, but hopefully I’ll feel better. Need to learn to relax like my cat in order to fight this off.
